We are currently promoting our Cottage on PARTNERED PLATFORMS, such as Airbnb, Booking, and VRBO. Our Cottage is also available for booking through other, lesser known platforms. And we value those partnerships.

Under our contractual agreements, we are obligated to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth in those contracts. Should we fail in those agreements, we can be charged a penalty, and even worse, we can be de-listed from those platforms.

We have NO INTENTION of doing any such thing that would jeopardize those partnerships in any way.

CONSEQUENCES TO CIRCUMVENT BOOKING PROCESS:

If you are currently booked through one of our partnered platforms, and attempt to rebook through our direct website, your original booking will be cancelled with whatever platform you booked, YOUR BOOKING FEE WILL BE FORFEITED and you will be removed from any future inquiries.
