We had more than expected. Our hosts were kind, friendly, helpful, and entertaining. we had the privilege to meet them as we arrived to our location. Traci and John should be comedians because we had a blast talking to them. Their son is the sweetest person as well. We love this family - we could go on and on.

The purpose of trip was to go to Sequoia of which during the winter we came to find that most of it was closed. However Kings Canyon (30 minutes from Airbnb) and the small section of Sequoia that was opened (60 minutes from Airbnb) are worth it! Be prepared to be in a very rural area. We typically ate at Pinehurst Lounge which is an old time cowboy look-alike place (friendly service and yummy food). We were also fortunate enough to have snacks and food options provided by our Airbnb (we never went hungry, thirsty, or caffeine-less).

This place is beautiful. It’s spotless. It’s serene. It’s perfect. Traci and John set the bar really high for future airbnbs. They are superhosts

ABSOLUTELY LOVED our stay! The place is SO cozy with the most awesomely sourced decorations. SO well thought out down to almost every detail. Plenty of extra clean blankets & towels. The bathtub is, of course, to die for!

We had a small hot water issue bc of the freezing temperature breaking a regulator in the middle of the night--John had it fixed & working again IMMMMMMMEDIATELY! Tracy & John are amazing people who have one of the best AirBnB's I've experienced.

John greeted us as we pulled onto the property & had a firepit in the front yard burning a nice welcoming fire for us! Showed us the house, gave us the key, & said to text/call if we needed anything. They had freshly baked muffins for us, fresh jam made from their own ranch, some fresh fruit, & lots of other well thought-out goodies! We were more than grateful & appreciative of the hospitality & thoughtfulness-definitely unexpected to have this level of amenities! GREAT STAY ALL AROUND! Oh, we got cinnamon rolls too!!

The guest house was BETTER than the picture. John & Traci were super friendly and always prompt to respond. All the bed sheets, towels, blankets, pillow cases smell like the hot laundry that you just took out of the dryer - so clean! Traci even brought more blankets in case we would need, but the house was warm enough with the heater. Really convenient for those who visit the Kings Canyon & Sequoias National Parks. I have to admit that I seriously considered canceling my next road trip plans and just stay here longer, but I decided to come back for another season :) I messaged John & Traci to let them know I am leaving early in the morning (6am) and guess what? John brought hot cinnamon rolls for me. Thank you so much for everything and I will definitely come back in Fall :)

it is an amazing place, i had so much fun. it is cozy and i felt right at home. i had everything i need and i t so much help to visit the park, much beyond what you expect. i will defently come back again to see this great couple.

Traci and John's Cozy Cabin was the perfect space for the Mrs and I to stay for our trip to Sequoia and Kings Canyon. Super close to the national parks. About 20 minutes to be precise. We had such a nice stay and the two of them are an absolute delight! We felt not only welcomed but right at home. We shall return. Sooner than later! 😊
